[duxhelp] stale netinst executables

I just fixed a bug where setup would create a netinst program in the
NetTools subdirectory but would not log it in setup.log, so when a newer
version is installed or the program is uninstalled, the netinst executable
would not be cleaned.  Unfortunately, this fix will not be in beta 6 but
will be in the release candidate.  In any case, I'd recommend looking for
stale netinst programs in c:\duxbeta\NetTools and removing them since they
will not be cleaned automatically.
