David,

I cannot give you a definitive answer.  But I can tell you that updating
DBT's handling of passage capitals was a major focus for DBT 10.6.

So I'd be surprised to learn that this was a fluke.

There seems to be a problem in 10.5 when translating a sentence that is all
in capitals as the last word is not coming out correctly in British with
capitals.
Eg THIS IS A SENTENCE IN CAPITALS CHILD

I tested this in 10.6 and found it was OK! I just wanted to check that this
was not a fluke but that it was a known problem that has been fixed.
