[duxhelp] multiple users and SWIFT installation

Hi All. As best as I can tell, when you install Duxbury for "all users" on
a multi-user system and you indicate that SWIFT should be installed, SWIFT
is only installed for the default user. If so, is it possible (and, as
Peter would ask, desirable) to have it installed for all users? While I am
capable of copying the template for other users, I personally would find it
desirable not to have to do this. <smile>
