It seems that when starting a new document the codes appear normal
size. However, if looking at a previously saved document, the codes are
tiny ... and I haven't been able to get those changed for that document.
The only work around I can find is to create a new document, and then
INSERT the old file into it (Edit | Insert File) ... the codes are now
normal size.
