[duxhelp] Trouble activating

Aloha listers,
I removed sr1 using the add/remove programs function. I downloaded sr2 and tried to activate it. The error message said that I had an incorect license code. I tried letting it go to the site to activate and it said to contact Duxbury systems. Any ideas?
