Please, when responding to messages such as my original message,
specify not only the make but also the model by that particular
manufacturer.
If I didn't know Index products, I would not have a clue as to whether
you were talking about an Index Basic-D, Index Basic-S, Index 4 x 4,
etc.
Saying that your embosser has 10.4, tells me absolutely nothing about
the model of embosser.
Index might have an embosser called 10.4.
The number 10.4 might refer to the firmware that is installed, or it
could be the particular version of the software that your machine has
loaded.
