As an aside, eventually, in 10.6 perhaps, I'd like to see
networked versions force this to be an administrator
function.

Here's another question (and a simpler one):

Should the New, Edit, and Remove buttons appear in the
Document Embosser Setup dialog?  Or should they be reserved
for Global, Embosser Setup?
