[duxhelp] Cut and paste

Hi,
We are working with a document that has several lines of bold text in
them. When we open the document we get the expected [fts~b] codes.
However when we paste the document we do not. It is my understanding
that this information is available from the clipboard. Is this a bug of
some sort, or expected behavior?
