Ok, so we'd have this so far:

Carpathia:  God of the dead, judgement, 
mercy ... (?)

Mileena:  Goddess of death, fate, 
consequence (putting her in a position 
to oppose Ambrosia on freedom)

Ancalagon:  God of Necromancy, Disease, 
Old Age, the Undead
