Loudoun Milling, not far from you in Hamilton, has a
scale on which you can weigh carriages or horses or
both.  

Alternately, if you know the weight of the vehicle on
which you carry your carriage (carry your carriage? 
OK,  LOL), you can drive right onto the scale and
subtract the weight of the carrying vehicle.  

Or, you can unload the horse-drawn vehicle and move it
onto the scales.  I sometimes weigh my horses on it,
just walk them on.  I think Loudoun Milling charges
about $2 per item weighed.
