[drivingpairs] Re: to pair or not to pair

Hi All,

I have a pony mule that I've been *trying* to drive single (bear with me I'm 
getting to the pairs part).  Right now our lessons are NOT going well and the 
little man insists on turning to face me at every opportunity!  He makes a 
right tangle of the lines and everything else so as you can guess we haven't 
progressed to hooking him to anything.

I have people (experienced pairs drivers but in my mind not the best source of 
information) telling me just to hook him up with another, more trained animal 
and he'll catch on!  Now, pairs are my goal for this little mule but I don't 
think I should be hooking him to anyone else until he's got the single part 
figured out.
