the other day when I went to a large equipment rental place (United =
Rental), they had stacks of mesh vests for road workers.  They are =
cheap.....like $7 or $8 dollars.   I'm sure they carry reflective tape =
as well as any other type of things you might be looking for.     They =
also carry cones in all sizes.....lots of other interesting "stuff" too.
