[drivingpairs] rubs

I am trying competitive driving this year with my pair. I've been having 
trouble with one horse with shoulder rubs. We can get by doing 25 milers 
but over that she starts to develop shoulder rubs. I have raised the 
breast collar as far as I dare without messing up the line of draft. I 
drive an Eagle with a steel pole so I loosened up the single trees so 
they move more freely. I've tried fleecy pads and Eurotech pads. She is 
still getting rubbed. Any thoughts from anyone out there? I am using a 
synthetic harness but I  am thinking I need to put a neck collar on her.
