Try going to www.marylandponybreeders.org and click on the Marketplace link. There are lots of breeders of Welsh ponies here in the east who might have what you are looking for in a Welsh pony, and we have about 200 breeders of ponies in our organization. I've seen all colors, even black. Most are in Maryland, but we extend up and down the east coast and even have members across the country.
