[drivingpairs] photos without text for IDs

Hello members, 
another update from the web site:   All photos without identification text have 
been removed.   The bad news is that they will not be put up again, unless we 
get someone to identify them.   The good news, is that the Photo Album 
thumbnails load much quicker now.   Please give it a whirl and let me know how 
it works and what you think.
