I believe that the pneumatic wheels would only be acceptable in Training level. They could not be used above that. I live in Florida and several neighbors have marathon vehicles with both sets of wheels and just change them out when they compete. Good luck. Dona

vehicle. I like the fact that is appears solid, with a low center of
gravity. Beyond that I am a bit clueless.
