 Its actually an old Warco. Very heavy, and not the picture I intended..
LOL! I drove the same pair to a viceroy at Nationals in '98. Should have
been that pic.. I'll try again...

 I want to use the warco with a shetland pair..its a bit too heavy for
minis, on other than level ground... I do and did have a problen with breast
collar harness/fit with the warco.. tends to pull them to the inside.. Would
like to support the pole..
My shettie can pull this by himself, but its not aesthetically pleasing...
Don't tell him that!
