[drivingpairs] itchy pair

That's the problem and / or art in pair driving! To correct one without
upsetting the other! So you must do it "nicely", but mainly, you must
constantly
paying very sharp attention, and catch it immediately! So you must constantly
keep both of them on the bit, especially when standing, and not allow the
slightest head movement. It's training and consistancy! Immediately when one
moves
the head, he needs to be corrected, not with harsh punishment, but with
constant attention and slight correction. Yes, a little halfhalt then on his
side, a
little touch with the whip, calling his name, all of these. But the key is,
paying constantly consistent attention as the driver, keeping them on the bit,
and correcting each little head shaking immediately. Then they learn it. But
it's hard work for the driver. That's what driving is all about. No easy job,
but great fun when it comes out correctly at the end.
Good luck
