[drivingpairs] french collar

It is in the Lessing catolog, but Harvey does not have the entire catolog on 
his site. The collar is on page 35 of the catolog, but it seems I was mistaken 
about the collar pad, it is for a traditional collar. I think the feeling on 
the french or marathon collar, is that it does not need a pad since it is more 
like a breast plate. I noticed the one I have from Lessing also needs a little 
reshaping, and I was told I can do that by hand, just adjusting the shape of 
the metal supportinside the collar. I have not tried it yet.
