Of course not. The only fast rules are in the ADS rule book for =
competing. Even then, unless you're aiming at higher levels of =
competition, bend the rules. (Sorry, Hardy.......) Use whatever works =
best for your particular horses. The object is to make the horses =
comfortable and safe, so they will work willingly. =20

So there is no fast rule that the bits for a pair have to have fixed =
cheeks?
