Don't know about anyone else but I recently had almost a 6 mo. argument over
cracks and the finish peeling off (clearly a defect since I never touched the
harness with any chemical only water)? I know I am not the only one that has
had a Zilco with this defect.
In the end I had to pay (a reduced fee) to replace the harness parts that were
defective.
Needless to say I was not happy. My Camptown pairs harness has served me well.
I have never had a single issue with fit or finish but Dave is definitely very
customer service oriented.

Would Zilco not make good on the failing parts? I know they are under
new ownership now. is the customer service not as good as it used to
be? I had a breast collar with cracks and it was instantly replaced
some years ago.
