Thanks Kathy!  I actually have a swivel yoke on my Jeff Day that we made after 
a suggestion from Lisa Singer.  It came with a fixed head with rings.  My 
question was what people prefer now.  Bellcrown told me the fixed head was more 
popular in the UK.  Several retired CDE drivers prefer it as well.  Here I've 
learned to go for the option I had before- telescoping pole and swivel yoke.
