My name is Kathleen Winfield and I live in sunny Alberta, Canada.  I am an
Equine Canada Certified Driving Coach and specialize in getting folks
started safely in driving.  I teach individual lessons and clinics in all
the early elements of driving.  I actively compete in CDE's and Pleasure
Shows as well as enjoy recreational driving in the foothills of Alberta.
Currently I drive a very large single Canadian but my passion is pairs
driving.  I had a lovely pair of Canadians and enjoyed competing them for
several years.  We even got bitten by the tandem bug and were just starting
to get proficient (could do a cones course with everybody going the intended
direction) when I lost them to health problems (theirs not mine).  I also
operate a harness and vehicle consignment shop on the side and try to match
folks up with suitable equipment.  Along with that I do some custom sewing
projects - making aprons, number holders, washable soft SMV signs.  I
currently have a yearling and a weanling that I had hoped would be my next
pair but that is not to be - the weanling is already taller then the
yearling!  However - they may be a tandem is the movement and paces match!
