[drivingpairs] Where to Start

I, too, am at the same point in driving multiples as Lyn in Indy.  I have young 
Morgans that I want to drive in pairs, and if the full brothers don't grow to 
(nearly) the same size, I want to try a tandem.  I am glad that the discussions 
on this list are starting at the beginning- where I am at!  So how does one 
initially ground drive a new pair?
