[drivingpairs] Where is everyone?

My, this list has been quiet lately. Hopefully that means that everyone is
out driving their pairs/tandems/teams/whatevers! We've been enjoying mostly
perfect weather here on Vancouver Island, driving the pair lots (have to
force myself to drive single sometimes, the pair is so much fun), and STILL
waiting for the new carriage. We tried our hand at some cones the other day
for the first time and it went really well. The green pony still hangs back
a bit so we're constantly after him, and the experienced one has always
LOVED cones and really gets into it, so we have to hold him back a bit, but
it generally was great. When we all get our act together they're going to be
so handy. I suppose some extra single work with the green one would convince
him to pull more. He figured out very early on that his partner was willing
to do all the work, so why should he bother, right? So that's something we
always work on.
