[drivingpairs] Troika Site

Thank you Dr. Hans! What an fascinating site!! I
really enjoyed reading it and the many details
mentioned made the Russian thinking clearer.

The Troika horses heads turned out, was to resemble a
three-headed eagle. Something I never would have
thought of, but quite conceivable. I know the
multi-headed eagles were also a popular motif for
Russian decoration.

The winter wolves were mentioned in the Horsemanship
section, and some other places. I was also quite
interested in the Russian riding, martial arts skills.
I knew the Cossacks did many unique tricks, but did
not understand the whole concept of what they did.
Some moves are very similar to western Indian skills,
used also in warfare.

I also had no idea there were so many horse breeds
used and developed in Russia. Just amazing.

Thanks again for giving us this glimpse of Russia.
