Just my 2 cents worth I've had a lot of trailers and 10 years ago I designed
one that works for me It is a basic 6 horse head to head with totally
removable stalls you can put 2 or 3 across. The dressing room wall swings open
to
allow me 4 additional feet of floor room It is 22 feet with the wall closed 28
when open 7.6 ft high 8 feet wide with the wheel wells inside. A full width
rear
ramp and a 5 foot side ramp and a 3 foot escape door on the other side. I
placed my axles forward {right behind the side ramp} so the 3 horses in the
rear
of the trailer had the full width. The side ramp allows a marathon carriage to
be put in sideways if necessary The presentation carriage goes in the front
and the horses weight is close to the axles. I can load the trailer and leave
it
alone it alone till the horses are ready to load. Now that I drive a 4
sometimes I can put the carriage up front load 1 horse on the floor and put the
other 3 in stalls. It works for me Jerry T
