I better qualify my last statement...a draft class before which two guys said, "Hey, let's hook up our team as four up and enter this class!!!!

Then I remember being in an Amish barn at an auction.

Amish farmer, "We'll this gelding he, he ain't been worked much, just pulled a stone boat a time or two.

Half an hour later in the ring:

Auctioneer:  This gelding is broke to ALL machinery.

Same Amish gentleman seen to be nodding yes.

I guess it's because they are so big and beautiful that when they work it is magnificent...but when the humans screw up it's scary...
