[drivingpairs] Successful Hardy Zantke clinic



I thought I'd post and let you all know we were fortunate enough to have 
Hardy come to our little cowtown and do a clinic for us.  Our folks are 
still talking about it.  Anyone who has a club that is thinking of 
clinicians, put Hardy on your list....if he'll let you.  He says he's trying 
to slow down.  As a matter of fact we heard he's judging down in AZ in March 
at a CDE and so some of us are going to go down and watch, learn some more 
and/or help. Hey Hardy do you want a scribe? A long drive for us workin' 
folks to make with horses and still get back to work on time!  We had a 
blast and all learned a tremendous amount.  I don't think there were any 
rigs where he didn't help us adjust something. I even had my reins on inside 
out or something on my pair and so now I'm having to learn how to drive all 
over again.  As a matter of fact, Hardy, I still have them hitched so I 
won't get it screwed up again  : )....just funnin' with you....not really, I 
FINALLY did unhitch them yesterday, ho ho.  Hardy even was patient enough to 
help me hitch a fuzz ball random.  A little lazy he found since I'd left my 
tandem whip at home in all the excitement.  I was chicken to drive my own 
hitch and he made it look so easy...and then....lo and behold it was 
easy....as long as they kept all going in the right direction!!  The ponies 
are now down in our local driving history as a shettie spagetti random!!! ha 
ha.  Ask Hardy what I mean.  We're planning our events for next year and 
gee, what a surprise...his name came up again by popular vote. What did 
someone say tonight....at our annual meeting.. Hardy is impressive and a one 
of a kind clinician.  Plus he's alot of fun!  Highly recommend you talk your 
clubs into getting him to come visit.  Just leave a weekend for us.
