Thank you Kathy Robertson !
Now that you told me it is obvious that it is a false martingale strap. I 
have never used one before so didn't even think of it.  I went through the list 
of harness for both the singles and pairs harness that I got and found it 
listed under the singles.  Still no pictures anywhere.
