[drivingpairs] Re: Standing

Interesting that you should say this, because Robin Groves always says to drive
the pair down to a horse-friendly neighbor's driveway, and sit there in the
carriage, have conversation and a cup of tea with neighbor(s). Maybe it has
something to do with the drivers/passengers being relaxed, also. I need to
find something that works at stop signs (or X) for our too-eager half of the
pair. Loads of great advice here on this site!

I always find that when we stop and talk to neighbors, other riders or
drivers, ect the horses stand much better. If we just stop and don't talk the
horses
fidget .
