Good points, and easy to fix if you want to. You could just go along with the 
ADS (and FEI) language in that respect and say breeching required unless the 
vehicle has brakes ?  But, perhaps you may want to leave it as is because of 
the backing issue, which I address in my next post below under the heading 
"Even more questions".
