Dear Pat and Jr.:
Thank you so much. I just knew someone would come through. The team is 14H. 
We don't have the humidity so leather is better, however, biothane will be 
great! Either neck or breast collars will work. If it came with breeching it 
would 
be great, but not mandatory as our driving instructor candidates are just 
learning to use the brakes. We appreciate you help so much.
