[drivingpairs] Rule Book

Mike,

Well said regarding reading the rules,
personally I keep mine on the bed side table, to
many people don=92t read the rule book. If more
people would read the rules and understand them
then there would be less protests filed at
events.

A similar issue is that competitors don=92t ask
the right people questions regarding the rules
at events. Instead of going to the TD or Judge,
the question is often asked of the person
stabling in the next stall. I have found that
if I approach the TD or Judge with the rule book
open and in hand they are happy explain their
interpretation of a rule and thank me for having
my rule book with me.
