I use the rosettes myself, however rosettes are traditional according to Melissa Warner of Continental Acres. She says that while roger rings are correct also, they are not traditional for a turnout class. I had never had a problem with using rosettes and a very good friend of mine who I drive with she uses roger rings and loves them.
