[drivingpairs] Pair Haflingers for Sale in TN

Hello Friends,

I was visiting a very dear friend of mine today, Willard Abbott. He provides 
driving horses to Dixie Stampede. An interesting thing about halflinger 
pairs--he says he will supply them with a pair who will run in the buckboard 
race 
(figure 8s in the arena) for a few years. Then they will realize they don't 
"have" to run. Since the drivers are not allowed to use whips, they send the 
non 
runners back to Willard and get new pairs--- who think they have to run! 

 Willard just got a pair of these non runners in. They are very handsome. I 
think they are 9 year olds. He wants $2500 for the pair. If interested, call

I kinda want them for myself and was drooling over them--but I have three 
pair of drafts and three thoroughbreds--and certainly nothing suitable for 
halflingers to pull--but still, I REALLY wanted them today!
