[drivingpairs] New National Pairs Champion - Fritz Grupe, Lodi, CA

We have a new National Pairs Champion: Fritz Grupe from Lodi, Calif. just won 
the National Pairs Championship at the Garden State CDE yesterday! He is the 
first ever pairs driver from the West to earn that title. Quite a success!
