[drivingpairs] Is a pair easier to drive

Hi everyone

I would say definitely not easier.  But definitely more fun.  In my case, I
drive Classic American Shetlands. (Mares by the way.  I am working on a new
pair of Geldings).  I would not be able to do Combined Driving if I didn't
drive a pair.  It is too hard for my girls to do alone with two large
people, a four wheel carriage and a long distance. A single can do the short
distances with a petite navigator and a lightweight cart.  So, I went to
pairs.  It is still a learning experience and it takes time to get them to
work together.  But the rewards have been wonderful.  Betty
