For those who inquired, I did answer your e-mails. 
Since I received no acknoledgements, I must presume
the mails with pictures did not get delivered.  I have
made an album of Dog Cart photos at this site:

I think I answered all dimension questions with below
information.   I measured the front seat at 57 1/2"
tall from the ground, no cushion.  Seat width is 36". 
Height from ground to seatback top is 74".  Wheels are
54 3/4" high on steel, with width 66 9/16"  to outside
ends of hubs.  Wheel width using outside edges is
about 55" on the ground.  Axle clearance is 27" from
the ground.  Shaft length is 64 1/2" from the crossbar
to the tip.
