It depends on what type of pole you have. If it's a "common" buggy pole like
the Amish would use, they would have neck yokes. If it's a modern type,
there is no standard that I know of, and different poles are made with
different design's of neck yokes.
If you happen to have a picture that shows the pole well, send it to me
privately and I could make a guess about what would work. You may just want
to ask your local welding shop if they could make a good sturdy one for you.
Maybe a good description of the pole would be enough to suggest something.
