I have a two-year old mini that I hope will one day become part of my pair.
While still a baby he sustained a cut on his lip which required one or two
sutures. He has since developed a rather large area of scar tissue at the
corner of his mouth just where the bit rides. It doesn't appear to be sore,
just thickened and pink. I want to try putting a bit in his mouth while he is
relaxing in his stall to see what effect it may have on this old wound. Does
anyone have any ideas what type mouth and cheekpiece would offer him the best
protection for this area? Would appreciate any thoughts anyone has to offer.
Thanks. Linda Willis
