Thanks Rob for putting up the web site connection. I got website from facebook and was not sure how to make it work
in an email.  The word doc I put up did work on my computer,
but maybe that was because I had already been connected.
Cheers,
Betty

Thanks for the heads up, Betty ...

2/4th web site:   http://2nd4thmgb.com.au/

Back in 1997 I sought out Les Cody and bought his book on the same topic entitled:

"Ghosts in Khaki: The history of the 2/4th Machine Gun Battalion, 8th Australian Division, AIF"

Unfortunately, I believe he passed on in Feb 2002, but he'd be delighted to see that his work has been carried on.

Cheers (& G'day), ROB!
