[dokuwiki] wysiwyg: fckw 0.8 released

hi all,
in the last few days, i managed to get some work done on the fckw plugin. notably, the most important new features are: 

  * load editor css from selected dokuwiki template
  * enabeling table headers (including a button in the toolbar to
    toggle between th and td)
  * disable all buttons in the toolbar that break the compatibility
    with dokuwiki syntax when in the context of a table
as always, you can play with the demo [1] or read more about it on the wiki [2]. 

the next steps are:

  * getting the html->wiki transformation done on the client using
    xslt and js in order to get rid of the dependency to perl
  * replace fck by the much cleaner yui rte [3] editor
