[dokuwiki] would you accept htaccess auth module into tree?

Would you consider adopting this into the main release?

The reason I ask is because it's currently something of a hack, due to some
ordering issues in the authentication section. If you added this, I'm sure
you'd adjust that section of code to handle this properly.
I'm also willing to submit a patch for you if you'd accept it. I just
wanted to run it past you first, to see if you had any objections.
