[dokuwiki] Re: window.open is not a function

OK, I know what the problem is now, basically it was caused by my aclpanel
plugin, it's an action plugin with some javascripts, the problem was even I
put a check in my php plugin code not to do anything in edit mode, the
javascripts was still included, causing some confusion.
