[dokuwiki] Re: the event system

I think Chris and Jason both gave eloquent descriptions of why "BEFORE" and "AFTER" event callbacks are important. The semantics of the event call backs are different. It has been a long time since the early event system discussions, but I think this is essentially how it is intended to work....
The current code could probably enforce the semantic differences better. (Too sleepy to think this through any more clearly at the moment.)
