We are using the better navigation template. I searched for the call
tpl_indexerWebBug() in its code but I could not find it.

I found on http://www.dokuwiki.org/indexer that you can start it by hand
with calling http://example.com/dokuwiki/lib/exe/indexer.php?id=start

Do this mean I have to do this with every page id or is there any other
way to do a full re indexing?
