Shit. I hate it when someone just jumps in and changes *everything* to
his liking. I banned his IP, he will now see a message asking to
contact me. I want this guy's good faith to be used in a more
organized way.

I don't see any sense in the wiki:feature: namespace. Everything
described in the wiki: namespace is a feature. That should be reverted
IMHO.

A config namespace might make sense to break up wiki:config into
smaller parts (see below).

Yes this should be reverted. What might make sense is to break up the
page into one page per config option in its own namespace and just
link all options from that page. AFAIR we talked about that some time
ago.
