[dokuwiki] problem with blog plugin

Hi all

I have a problem with the blog plugin. Only users of a specific group
may post to the blog.

But sometimes, the "add new entry"-part below the blog does not appear.
I can clean the cache (using cleancacherevision) then, and it reappears 
when reloading.

I cannot reproduce the failure, only the temporary fix.

Any ideas or intuitions how to debug/fix it?
