Yep I read this list...
I don't think Dokutexit is the best way to print to pdf, it's just a
good way. Specially if you love LaTeX's printing look. I did'nt find a
good/complete PHP interface to build pdf directly and I am too lazy to
write one.
For dokutexit, I have waited the last stable dokuwiki release to correct
the getformat_error and add this wonderfull feature : Renderer plugins.
By the way I really want say a big thanks to Andreas Gohr for that :

Anyways, I think the future is not pdf export but odt(OpenOffice)
export. I work on this sneakily in the dark, but I think Andreas had
already write one. ;) Right now, I am still learning odt format...

I currently try to fix some problems with huge tables and try to
improve the pdf export a bit. Also the pdf export button needs some
improvement and if I find the time I'll search for an easy solution to

improving the DokuTeXit. Otherwise I just try to change some things
